Our services are priced competitively with affordable hourly rates, and our clients are always informed about their investment ahead of time. Additionally, we offer flat rates for a range of common services to provide predictable costs and value for money. Here's an overview of common flat fee services:

FLAT FEE SERVICES 

Business Formation: Starting at $1250. This covers consultation, document preparation and filing, and providing advice on how to optimally structure your entity. 

Contract Drafting and Review: Starting from $1500. Our service includes drafting, reviewing, and advising on a variety of contracts tailored to your specific business needs. 

Initial Startup Package: Starting at $3,500. This package is designed for startups and includes entity formation (LLC or Corporation), drafting of operating agreements or bylaws, and initial advice on compliance and regulatory matters.

Intellectual Property Protection: Starting at $2,500. This service includes drafting and filing a trademark or copyright registration to protect your valuable intellectual property.

Employee Handbooks and Policies: Starting at $2,000. We draft comprehensive employee handbooks and policies tailored to your business's specific needs, ensuring you're compliant with all relevant labor laws.

Lease Review and Negotiation: Starting at $1,500. We provide thorough review and negotiation of commercial lease agreements to protect your business interests.

M&A Due Diligence: Starting at $6,250. This service includes a detailed due diligence review for mergers and acquisitions to ensure you understand all legal and business implications.

Estate Planning Package: Starting at $2,000. Our estate planning package includes drafting of a will, trust, power of attorney, and advanced healthcare directive.

Legal Audit: Starting at $5,000. A comprehensive legal audit of your business to identify potential legal risks and suggest solutions.

Regulatory Compliance Review: Starting at $3,750. This service includes reviewing your business's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, offering recommendations to ensure adherence, and avoid potential penalties.

Licensing Agreements: Starting at $2,500. Drafting and reviewing licensing agreements to protect your business's intellectual property while allowing others to use it.

Cannabis License: Starting at $7,500. End to end license application and guidance.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service: Starting at $1,250. Drafting custom privacy policy and terms of service agreements for your website or app, ensuring you're compliant with privacy laws like the GDPR and CCPA.

Basic Protection Plan (Will, Healthcare Directive, Power of Attorney): $550 for an individual plan and $800 for a couple's plan. We ensure that your future plans are legally protected with comprehensive documentation.

LITIGATION

Pricing for litigation is highly contingent on your matter. We will work with you to find a pricing model that works for you, including a potential contingency fee arrangement (only pay if you win).

FINISH LINE SERVICE

Our "Finish Line Service" is designed for the savvy client who takes a hands-on approach to their legal matters. You've done the legwork using AI tools or other self-help resources, and now you need an experienced legal eye to review your work and ensure it is solid. Our pricing for this service is as follows:

Document Review and Consultation: Starting at $750+. This service includes a comprehensive review of the legal documents you've prepared, coupled with a consultation to discuss our findings. We'll provide feedback, identify any potential issues, and offer recommendations for changes if needed.

Complete Review Package: Starting at $1500+. This package offers a more thorough engagement where we not only review your documents but also provide legal advice, clarification on legal terms, potential improvements, and risk mitigation strategies. This is ideal for more complex matters where additional insights and advice can make a significant difference.

By choosing the "Finish Line Service," you're ensuring that your hard work pays off with legal documents that are thorough, accurate, and tailored to your specific situation. This service provides you with peace of mind knowing that an experienced attorney has reviewed your work, saving you time and potential legal headaches down the road.

EXPEDITED SERVICE FEES 

We understand that there may be times when you need legal services urgently. In such cases, we offer expedited services at an additional cost. For items requiring attention and completion within 24 hours, we add $1000 to the flat fee rates. For items requiring completion within 72 hours, we add $750 to the flat fee rates.

LOW BONO, PRO BONO, AND PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN SERVICES

At Hayden Law, we believe in equal access to justice and legal representation. Recognizing that the cost of legal services can be a barrier for many, we're committed to offering assistance to those who might otherwise struggle to afford it. Here's how we work to make our services accessible:

LOW BONO SERVICES: "Low bono" is a term that combines "low cost" and "pro bono" (free). We offer these reduced-rate services to clients who cannot afford full-priced legal fees but earn too much to qualify for free legal aid. We assess each case individually to determine if it qualifies for a low bono arrangement.

PRO BONO SERVICES: Pro bono work is central to our commitment to giving back to the community. We provide certain legal services for free to those in severe financial distress or facing particular hardship circumstances. These services are typically provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN SERVICES: We're proud to offer a "pay-what-you-can" option for certain services. This is an initiative intended for clients who are experiencing financial hardship but still require legal assistance.
